In accordance with the DfE’s 2021 statutory ‘School Admissions Code’ guidance, as a school we must consult on our admission arrangements when changes are proposed, and at least once every seven years.

Admissions procedure

If open events have passed, personal visits to view the school are offered.

The County Council, not the Academy, is responsible for Year 7 admissions. The full statement of the admissions policy is contained in the booklet Admissions to Schools in Suffolk which can be downloaded below. It is essential that parents refer to this.

Mid-year applications

Mid-year applications are handled by the academy. Please contact the school to arrange an appointment and a visit, we can discuss their child’s needs and complete any required paperwork at that time.
